INNOTECH acquires pre-owned mobile devices from major US carriers and enhances their value through the following steps:

  • Erasing all personal information

  • Conducting thorough functionality tests

  • Evaluating the visual condition

  • Eliminating any minor scratches

  • Enhancing with additional peripherals

  • We use grading criteria to categorize used phones into four levels: A, B, C, and D.

  • All sales of Mobile phones have been through the focus of functional testing test items are as follows

    • Power on: The device can start

    • Activation: Successfully activated the devices

    • LCD: Color display is normal

    • Touch screen: The screen is sliding/touching OK

    • iCloud: No ID lock

    • Wi-Fi

    • Appearance

    • Sim lock

    • Call

    • Data Erase

  • Check if there any data inside the device (excluding factory settings)

Grading Criteria

  • Used Devices in Pretty Good Condition

    1. No scratches or any physical damage on screen and camera lenses

    2. Possibly have up to two small damages on the sides or back of bodies

    3. Must have only original or genuine parts, or certified refurbished/repaired

    Physical damages on A-grade devices must be:

    - Chips no bigger than 0.2mm

    - Scratches no longer than 5mm in length, and no wider than 0.2mm

  • Used Devices without Remarkable Damages

    1. Possibly have up to two small damages on screen and camera lenses

    -Damage(s) on camera lenses must not affect image quality

    2. Don’t have screen burn-in, white spots, and any other defects

    3. Should have physical damage up to 20 small chips, 5 mid chips, and 1 large damage

    Physical damages include:

    - unremovable spots, stains or wearing off / discolouration

  • Used Devices with Remarkable Damages

    1. Possibly have more than 3 small physical damages 2. Possibly have a pink tint

    3. Colors on display possibly be uneven

    4. Possibly have up to 2 white spots

    5. Should have physical damage of more than 20 small chips, 5 mid chips, and 1 large damage

    6. Scratches on/ dust in camera lenses must not affect image quality

  • Devices with Defects, Reset to Factory Setting

    Following are examples of D-grade conditions/defects

    1. Display - Defects on LCD, Brun-in, Color unevenness, Dust in screen

    2. Screen damage - Cracks, Dents, Popping off, Plenty of scratches, Non-genuine front panel, Water damage

    3. Body - Crack, Bent, Popping off, Water damage, Missing part

    4. Function

    • Defects on Camera, speaker, charging port, buttons and switches, wi-fi or mobile connection, Face ID

    • Low battery health, Non-genuine battery
